The upside for me is that I speak and read Ukrainian. Shit, I can serve probably two or three tours probably. I could probably even come back with a ton of weapons, and a few of those Ukrainian mail order brides too.

The Ukrainian army lost 17,000 soldiers at Soledar. They have lots of NATO soldiers filling in for the missing ranks. The new commander for the Russians is a tank commander. The next phase should be a Big Push from Russia, bypassing Kharkov, and going south to be behind Donbass and cutting them off from their supply centers 80 to 90 miles away. No food, no ammunition and no diesel. They will surrender.
