Russians are having a bit of fun. Trying to see if, like dementia Joe, they would fire a $400,000 missile at a toy balloon. Wen the Ukraine air defense gets on low, the Russians will send in a few hundred jets and helicopters just for fun.

I thought Russia is already on to that strategy. Sending cheap, old, radio controlled aircraft up to deplete the more expensive anti-aircraft missile batteries.
