I study the English language, and I don't think I've ever seen two consecutive tildes, as the tilde (when used as a dash, not as a diacritical mark over a letter as in the Spanish ñ) has no accepted usage in English formal writing. But it looks pretty cool, and gets your point across. I might borrow that! Happy innovating!
