Yeah, worth watching a second time to catch more of the nuances.

That is so depressing that I can watch only a few minutes at a time.

Some elements were funny in a pathetic sort of way. The food labels in the fridge, cola names, and lockdowns because 5 die and 30 million test positive.

Just finished it. Excellent! Tons of clever and trenchant details -- some sad, and some funny. "The movie 1984 never existed."

All that was missing was the neighbors' cheering for the government when gov was looking for their non-compliant neighbor.

Thanks for posting this.

Yes, that's was one of the funnier ones. And like a Babylon Bee piece, they may actually say that one day. Hell, if they can say a man can get pregnant, then nothing is beyond the realm of possibility.

Then there's them mowing down 100,000 square miles of Amazon rain forest to make room for clean energy solar panels.

They justified that with the next story that explained how trees excrete CO2 in the night.

I'm no botanist, but I was always under the impression that trees/plants took in CO2 and through photosynthesis converted it into oxygen. Sneaky trees.

"Follow the Science."

100,000 sq mi would be a square with 316 mile sides FWIW.

That book he carries throughout the movie is a REAL book.

"COVID-19: The Great Reset" is a guide for anyone who wants to understand how COVID-19 disrupted our social and economic systems, and what changes will be needed to create a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable world going forward. ... Google Books

That is a little different than, let's say, chocolate covered grasshoppers. ;)
