A report has revealed that the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) is also running biological weapons laboratories in both Africa and the Asia-Pacific region, not just in Ukraine.
Russia initially disclosed the existence of the said biolabs in Ukraine. However, recent reports state the disappointment of many nations in the Asia-Pacific region and Africa over these experiments.
Back in December, lawmakers part of the Makabayan (Nationalist) bloc of the Philippine House of Representatives called for an investigation on the U.S. DoDs biological weapons activity. The American agency had been doing experiments at the Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory in the province of Tarlac. In a resolution, the bloc pointed out that the DoDs Defense Threat Reduction Agency is in charge of countering chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-explosive weapons of mass destruction.
A civilian laboratory was constructed using funds of a foreign military agency, which has the responsibility of managing and integrating the U.S. Defense Departments chemical and biological defense science and technology program, the measure stated.

The Philippines became a U.S. possession after the Spanish-American War. After General Douglas MacArthur was forced to flee because of the Japanese onslaught during WW II, he promised to return and he did.
But the Philippines can smell the stink of the rotting American Republic and has decided to align itself more toward China.
Of course, the Chinese could march south and not have to get their feet wet until they got to Singapore. ;)

When the Covid-19 escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology it was killing so many Chinese the authorities were forced to bring in industrial cremation units. Plumes of smoke could be seen from satellite reconnaissance.
Italy had a lot of Chinese tourists and there was a bad outbreak over there too. I knew an American woman that had her children in school over there and she told me she was scared. Haven't talked with her in very long time now. ;)
