The rebellion/mutiny news is real as RT is acknowledging it. Just don't know how serious it is. RT seems to be saying it's limited, of course, but that would be the minimum of the severity.

Listen to the first part of the video. Shoigu used Russian artillery to shell Wagner forces. They took over a town so Shoigu could no longer bomb them.

It could be some rivalry between conflicting Military branches which would obviously only happen if there was some long standing internal disputes that finally boiled over, but certainly Putin would never have ordered any such strike.

If that's it, Putin needs to replace both commanders at the head of the dispute regardless of fault, to get things under control.

Shoigu started it by firing artillery shells at Wagner forces. Prior to that he denied them artillery support. SHoigu should be fired.
