Anti-Trump special counsel Jack Smith wants everyone to think he has an airtight case against Donald Trump.

But there is just one big problem.

And Megyn Kelly exposed the simple truth that absolutely ruined Jack Smith’s case against Trump.

Jack Smith’s team leaked like a sieve to the media.

The latest example was providing an audio recording of Trump talking to two authors who wrote former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows’ biography about a supposed battle plan drawn up by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley for war with Iran.

Trump denied ever possessing such a document.

CBS News also reported that Jack Smith did not charge Trump with retaining a classified war plan for military operations in Iran and that Trump’s lawyers were not certain such a document ever existed.

“Multiple sources familiar with the investigation previously told CBS News that defense attorneys were not certain the Iran memo in question was ever recovered and returned to the government. Still, the 2021 incident is one of two instances referenced in the indictment, in which Smith describes Trump allegedly showing national defense information to individuals without proper clearance,” CBS News added.

Megyn Kelly discussed this development as well as the established pattern of Smith’s team leaking to the press on her podcast.

Kelly explained that given Smith’s track record of spoon feeding his spin on the case to the press to establish a narrative, it stuck out that Smith never leaked to the media the fact that Trump had nuclear secrets down at Mar-a-Lago.

Instead, Kelly noted that Smith and his prosecutors’ media spin focused more on hyping up their rhetoric as opposed to dropping hints in the press that Smith has a “dead to rights” document that ensures Trump’s guilt.

“One thing that they haven’t leaked, which is very interesting – if you read the indictment, it talks about the terrible nuclear secrets that Trump has been hoarding down at Mar-a-Lago. Well, why haven’t they leaked? […] They would have gotten more specific in the leaks, if they had something that really made him look bad. They would. They’ve proven that. And the fact that they just want to scare us with the rhetoric that’s being used tells me they’re trying to sort of amp it up. If they really had a dead-to-rights document, they would have leaked it . . . We would know more specifically without actually compromising our secrets what exactly they had, so this DOJ is in it up to their necks,” Kelly added.

Ever since the Russia collusion hoax, the FBI and Deep State prosecutors illegally leaked information to the press to smear Trump as guilty in the court of public opinion.

And that’s why what stood out to Megyn Kelly is what Smith and his team are not leaking to their allies in the media.
