Comprehensive study: There are ZERO Amish kids suffering from cancer, diabetes or autism WHY IS THAT?

It's hard to say since their gene pool is limited. There are Amish around in Missouri, but they live in smaller groups.

Funny thing popped into my head just now. When we drove trucks for Vestal one guy was driving the tractor me and my co-driver usually had.

He was going thru a scale in South Dakota and a dog keyed on the truck. They stopped him and climbed all over the boxes of flowers in the trailer.

They ran his I.D. and found there was a warrant in Texas for him. He was extradited to Texas. It must have been a felony since that would not happen over a misdemeanor.

He likely had to have the Public Pretender and you can bet they gave him time on those charges. He was a brawler too.

You can bet that truck was shut down at the scale until his co-drivers log caught up before they would let him leave. I sure am glad I wasn't with him that time. And then his co-driver had to finish the last drop by himself.

And a lot of times they would pick up fresh frozen chickens in Nebraska to go back to AWG in Springfield.

We did that when I had this green kid with me. He missed a turn and almost ended up in Kansas. I was in the sleeper. Lucky I woke up and opened the curtain to the sleeper just in time to see the sign "KANSAS STATE LINE 4 MILES"

I said, "Stop this truck right now. How are you going to explain being in Kansas when you're not supposed to be there?"

I had to back us into a gravel road and turn us around and get us back to where we were supposed to be and then route him around the scale north of KC. If they were checking logs, it would have been heavy fines.

We hadal day to get to AWG. And I'll bet that kid is no longer driving trucks. He just couldn't find his way around. ;)
