I was in a gun shop (Shore Galleries) in Lincolnwood, Illinois. It was right across the border from Chicago.

There was this Russian immigrant in there who was looking to purchase a firearm. I imagine he lived in an area that was rough. It turns out there were quite a few Russian immigrants in Chicago.

This was years ago. The gun shop had a sign, "You cock it, you bought it."

That is where I bought my Peerless handcuffs I used doing concert security. We carried them in our back pocket at The Aragon Ballroom and we used them. If the show was sold out and we threw out 5 or 6 people before the headline act came on, they would sell 5 or 6 more tickets. ROTFLOL
