Mike Rivero: The case against Trump rests solely on proving that he knew he had honestly lost when he publicly questioned the accuracy of the election. That's going to be very difficult. There is likely going to be witness-tampering on the part of the prosecution, maybe going to the Jan 6 defendants and offering them much less jail time to turn on Trump.
