I use either non-fluoride charcoal or anti-plaque whitening toothpaste. I stay away from fluoride if at all possible.
In larger cities fluorosilicic acid is added to the water supply supposedly as a cavity preventative. But that chemical is waste product from the making of steel.
It was added to the water in the camps in Germany during WW II to keep prisoners more docile. ;)
