The director for the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), part of the National Institutes of Health, has warned new guidelines could match Canada’s: no more than two beers per week for men.

When we lived in Chicago back in the 60s, we went on vacation to see Mt. Rushmore.
The old man wanted a beer so we stopped at a place in Deadwood, SD. I was looking at the juke box when this white guy called an Indian a Nigger. It started a fight and they were throwing hand right above me.
When we lived in Chicago in the 70s, I went down in the basement and found all the bottles the old man had hidden and broke them all in the washtub.
Needless to say he was not a happy camper after that one.
I had a garden in the back yard and he came in a drunken stupor and picked a cantaloupe before it was ripe. I was so mad I took it from him and smashed it on the sidewalk.
These are old memories and am lucky to recall them because of the meningitis. ;)
