In the early 80s when I was working on Illinois State Highways, after work I was in The Brothers Tavern for a couple of beers after work.
On the late afternoon news there was a human interest story. It seems this guy had found his long lost brother. The guy was one of the designers at the gay florist I was making deliveries for in the late 70s.
I stood up on the rungs of the bar stool, pointed at the TV and shouted, "THAT GUY'S A FAGGOT!"
People were asking me how I knew. I said, "I used to work with the guy. It was the same shop but we had different jobs." ;)
