Relax zoning rules. A single family dwelling shall now mean any structure that can house X number of occupants regardless of comfort, sanitation, or generally agreed upon standards of what it means to be civilized.

We've had illegal alien communities here in South Carolina for over 20 years. In 2004, Dr. Elaine Lacy, professor of Hispanic Studies and such at the University of South Carolina, estimated that the number of illegal aliens in South Carolina was 535,000. Lacy was sympathetic to the invasion and the invaders, and thus unlikely to overestimate their numbers. I live here, and I estimate that there are probably twice that number here now, and adding their US-born children, probably over 2 million. In a state with an official census population of 5.2 million. The real number for total population is probably over 7 million. What used to be cotton fields and pastures are all subdivisions now. Hispanics dominate almost all the trades here -- roofing, framing, drywall, painting, concrete. They're even doing electrical now.
North Carolina is bad, too. Real bad. In 2004 illegal aliens accounted for 95% of the births in Siler City. Today the town is officially 51% Hispanic, but the real number is undoubtedly much higher.
