With all the bru-ha-ha about the U.S. conducting its first nationwide Emergency Alert System (EAS) test on October 4, it is eerily unsettling that Russia has just announced its first nationwide CIVILIAN nuclear attack exercise one day earlier, on Oct. 3.

This first nationwide nuclear attack exercise across 11 time zones is openly stated by Russia to be "in preparation for potential nuclear war."

It is scheduled to take place on October 3 and will see Vladimir Putin’s regime present the West as a nuclear aggressor.

The one-day nuclear attack exercise, which has only ever been done region by region, will include preparation for the destruction of up to 70% of Russian housing stock and life support facilities.

That will be the day before the 10-4 deadline to the US and Ukraine - either make peace or we escalate this war.

Russia has been testing their nuclear weapons to make sure they work as nuclear decay can make a sustained nuclear reaction impossible.

They put this off until the kids were back in school, so the kids can practice hiding under their desks with their heads tucked into their hands. I remember doing that in the 1960s.

The U.S. and its allies have been trying to isolate both Russia and China. The older fleet of Soviet nuclear subs has been mothballed. China only gets anywhere because it is able to copy other technologies.

From what I have heard, Chinese have bought the old Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in NYC and they plan to turn the top 10 floors into Condos. Who do they think will be buying after the exorbitant tax rates in NY have driven the wealthy to tax friendly locations like Florida and Texas? ;)
