It almost makes you wonder what exactly is going on.

The policy applies only to the state of Saxony-Anhalt so far, but GDJB Zieschang is a federal officer so it's a very bad omen for Germany. Maybe somebody will successfully challenge the outrageous order -- no idea if that happens in the German dictatorship, alas.
