Abbott clearly avoided answering the question on whether Texas would physically block access to the border by fed agents. Didn't even come close to answering it.

No doubt intentional, and he wasn't pressed on it. Certainly it's a reasonable but toxic question to answer in the affirmative. Which is probably a good clue as to that being the answer.
