The element niobium is a silvery metal with a low density and the chemical symbol Nb. Niobium is a lustrous, ductile metal. It is a superconductor with a high melting point. Niobium is also highly resistant to heat and corrosion, and is generally non-reactive.

Russia has but the US does not have the following...

1) Krasnopol rocket artillery can hit a MOVING target 76 Kms (47.2 miles) distant.

2) Kinzhal Mach 12 missile digs a hole 98 feet (30 meters) deep where its target used to be.

3) A Mach 9 cruise missile, the Zircon. The US has a Mach 0.7 subsonic cruise missile. The Philippines has a Mach 3 cruise missile (the Brahmos) which they bought from India.

4) Lancet 3 loitering drone. It has AI and thermal imaging and night vision. They are released in swarms and communicate with each other. If it sees a tank without heat signature, the AI knows to inform SRI command center to have an artillery unit take out the tank. The Lancet 3 continues looking for a high value target, such as, radar, missile launchers, active tanks and artillery.

5) The S-500 anti-aircraft system has a 500 km range as opposed to the Patriot System which is at best good for 50 miles. The Israelis disliked it so much that they sold it to China.
