The Dem's plan is to use this against Elon Musk/X and other websites that won't allow FBI/CIA/.gov control or any that they disagree with or don't like.
I know the law is specific, but that doesn't matter anymore.

I hear it is specifically directed at Tic Toc.
I believe the Supreme court as is currently made up would block infringement on the first amendment. I could be wrong but I honestly believe that.
Now a question for you. Would you change your mind and support banning Tic Toc if we were in an actual shooting war with China?

Tik Tok should've never been allowed to operate in the US in the first place, nor should non-citizens or lizard people oligarchs be allowed to buy up farmland etc., that's in the national strategic interest, or determine policy i.e. Bill gates, Jeff Bezos, Soros family, anybody with the WEF/Bilderberg/climate change agenda etc.
I'm just sick of the bullshit.

I saw that. That's not how it works nowadays.

I agree with that. But how do you stop an American like Bill Gates from buying stuff in his own country?
But you didn't answer the question. Since you seem to not support banning it now. Would you support banning it now if we got into an actual war with Chine.

I do support banning it. My problem is when it doesn't stop there, and it won't, regardless of what the "letter-of-the-law" states.
Gates', Schwab's, Bezos' and other oligarch's depop agenda has been made clear through their words and actions. Hanging is a good start as well as much more painful ways, as a warning to wannabes.
Judgment At Nuremberg
I knew EweToob would restrict that. They're feeling the heat.
The CIA didn't use to have a problem eliminating people that were bad in its pre-woke days, including some not-so-bad people even if it violated the Company charter about operating in the US. JFK comes to mind.
The choice between good and bad is pretty clear-cut to sane people, NottaVax notwithstanding.

Oh and there is this, which you have probably seen.

It's not lawful, but the "rule-of-law" is dead. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.
Yeah, I've seen it. There's a reason why they won't make the records public.
