The QRS-11 f/light Interrutor chip was installed in all commercial aircraft in the 1990s. This chip allows the flight controls to be overridden from a ground unit so if the plane was hijacked it could be landed safely.

That part of the Pentagon that was hit is where auditors were poring over the books to find the fraud of where Rabbi Dov Zackheim had absconded with $2.9 Million from the Pentagon coffers. Zackheim fled to Israel shortly thereafter.

I had in the past hypothesized that he passengers and crew might have been knocked out by a chemical agent in the ventilation system to keep them quite till they reached their final destination.

Either taken for human experimentation or dumped in the ocean.

How was the chemical agent smuggled onto the aircraft?

Remember the USS LIBERTY. They picked up intelligence the Israelis massacred 3,000 Egyptian prisoners in the Sinai. israel tried to sink her but couldn't do it.
