You never answered my questions concerning the verse in Samuel that commands them to "smite" their perceived adversaries, including ALL of their men, their wives, mothers, sons and daughters, grandparents, pets, and livestock.

Do you think a Creator which created ALL of the Universe and beyond, would need to tell a group of people on Earth to commit genocide, if that Creator actually had a problem with those people?

Do you think that whoever wrote that verse, as well as any similar verses, was actually inspired by God?

Whoever imagined such a thing was possessed by a special sort of evil. And those are the people who constructed the Torah, never mind the Talmud.

It's actually the third book of the Jewish faith, largely passed down orally but in recent years some of it published in various forms.

Where the Torah is said to be the foundation of the faith, and the Talmud the book of "learned men", the Kabbalah is what constitutes spiritual knowledge, most likely VERY ancient.

Some have twisted it and used it for ill intent, which might be why there is so much evil in this world today.

BUT, if you were to look into historical writings of the Essenes, you might understand a bit of what I'm talking about.

Essenes were similar to Buddhists in that they view ALL life as precious and avoid eating any meat.

They were well versed in the Kabbalah.
