I want churches to use the kitchens on Saturdays to start making bone broth soup using pressure cookers. Stores charge $5.99 a can for bone broth. Absurd. They can do it a lot cheaper. Women will like the broth for what is does to their skin. And older people can use it to prevent arthritis. Lots of other projects. Nationwide Food Riots are coming. Other suggestions during hunting and fishing seasons they can can venison stew and fish stew. Nationwide Food Riots before then of summer 2025. If I am wrong, please forget the predictions that miss the mark.

Just had a 40 lb. package of bovine collagen delivered to my yard this morning around 2:30. Would have slept right through it except the other cows began to get restless. The cow was about a week late and the little heifer is gangly and awkward...too long in the oven...but she'll get the hang of it.

The Jersey cow that delivered makes about 6 gallons of milk per day. I'll have to keep her under observation for milk fever, an oddly named malady that causes death when the cow cannot access enough calcium to keep her organs alive.

I butcher one of my cows every winter. All the meat is taken from the carcass, and I'm left with more bones than I know what to do with. My wife cooks gallons of bone broth.

Will these cows cost me my life when people get hungry? Time will tell.

Two cows are walking through a pasture, one says to the other-"have you heard about that mad cow disease?" "sure have" said the other cow "that's why I'm glad I am a penguin."
