Nice drama, though in real life, suspecting you have an enemy spy in your ranks like that and not telling your men about your suspicions would be enough to get you raked over the coals by them as it clearly and needlessly risks their lives in a very serious way.

And how many Germans would speak flawless southern drawl English like that? But okay, we can let that one go! These productions are done on somewhat of a budget.

The flawless southern drawl might indicate he was born and raised down south.

There were even Waffen SS units from the U.S., though that part of history has been covered up and forgotten . ;)
