Two weeks ago, after being released from an Israeli prison, Ibrahim Mansour tracked down the Israeli officer who tortured him in prison and found his home in a settlement near Jerusalem.
After breaking into the home of officer Yochai Avni, who worked for the Israeli Prison Service, he killed him in revenge for the torture he endured in prison.
The Shin Bet announced his arrest today, and he is now in prison.
