I believe in reincarnation so I do not see it as racial. I see it as people being limited at birth by what they achieved in the past life.

Also, I have been studying gardening and soil biology for the past few years. There is a lot of intelligence in soil biology and plant life.

I can see Japan north of 105, but China? No friggin' way. Mongolia's is also sus.
