Yemen received a Mach 14 missile from Iran. They are copying it and making a cheaper Mach 7 missile capable of sinking US Navy ships and of hitting Israel.

Hamas should not be capable at this point of doing anything but offering sniper & occasional vehicle bombing type resistance. They have no supply lines, of course, so can only fight with munitions they still have left over, however much that is. If they do attempt any kind of ground assault, it's hard to imagine it would be anything short of a suicide mission.

On the other hand, maybe they are at the point of not caring.
