The Neocons in the Biden-Harris admin deliberately pissed off Putin so he responded by giving Iran the S-400. Also, the Murmansk BN which can neutralize US ships by jamming their electronics. And a Mach 10 missile to the Houthis.
He also gave Iran the SU-35, the Mach 12 Kinzhal and the Mach 9 Zircon cruise missile.
An aircraft carrier has 12 compartments. But Russia gave Iran the Mach 12 Kinzhal which can sink an aircraft carrier. Iran won't need to do that. They will use the Murmansk BN to jam US naval electronics until Israel is devastated, about 3 hours. PS: The US and UK still are using subsonic Mach 0.7 cruise missiles.
