In 2008 I shot a meth/crackhead that tried to kill me in a robbery attempt. I'd still be in prison if the climate back then was like it is now.
I was cleared, but the MFer's estate still sued me and fucking won $250,000, which my homeowner's insurance covered. My legal fees and other forfeitures were on the order of $400,000. My wife's health insurance covered my head injuries, I hope the insurance company sued those bastards.
I watched Penny's incident closely from the git because it hit close to home. Penny should have never been charged. PERIOD!
