Bachelor pro-tip: Keep your microwave popcorn in the freezer or refrigerator. It keeps the oil from going rancid. Same-same for cooking oil.

Dice is really losing it here. He's going full leftist. I'm more than a little disappointed, he should know better. All the folks in the service industry, like grocery store workers have the most thankless job you can think of. I always treat the workers at the Georgetown branch of Kroger with respect. They wear name tags, not 'hey you.'
I'm there every week with the same people, I don't see any reason to treat them as drones. They are serving me. Over time, I know about everybody there up to lower management on the floor. I've got a lot of time and money invested in going to the Georgetown Kroger. It's kind of my new going to bars thing.
"Hey Pete, why do you butcher types wear white coats?"
"It's a way to look clean in a dirty job, I guess Pac. You know how many of these I go through in a day? The custies would freak out if I came on the floor covered in blood."

You shouldn't have to go to CIA school to interact with people. I'm not into multi-culti stuff, but my property ends at the wire (fence).
FWIW: My property extends past the wire. In the front, there's a city ordinance that won't let a fence extend beyond the front of my storage unit (Actually house. Texting woman almost killing me in 2013 changed my marital status. My good house was gone).
In the back, there's shared property known as a right-of-way for utilities. I can do anything I want with it. If the shared utilities want to, they can rip out anything I'd put in for the "public good." My fence is two feet inward of the utility poles.
The cheesedick in another video calling it an easement was wrong.
