sprouting sunflower seeds in shell

SUNFLOWER SEEDS FEED STEM CELLS AND MAKE THEM GROW. MAKES YOU YOUNGER LIKE ME!!

To sprout sunflower seeds in their shells, you can follow these steps: 1. Soak

Put sunflower seeds in a jar and cover with water. The ratio should be about 4 tablespoons of seeds per cup of water. Soak for 8–12 hours to soften the seed coat.

2. Rinse and drain

Rinse the seeds and drain them well.

3. Sprout

Place the jar in a location out of direct sunlight. Rinse and drain the seeds every 12 hours. Sprouts should appear in 12–18 hours.

4. Harvest

Harvest the sprouts when they have germinated and produced small shoots. Rinse and drain the sprouts, then let them dry on a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.

Sunflower sprouts have a nutty flavor and crunchy texture. You can eat them straight from the sprouter or add them to salads, sandwiches, or cereals.

You can also grow sunflower greens from the seeds. To do this, plant the seeds in a moist medium, cover with a weighted tray or plate, and keep the medium moist. When the plants start to push up the cover, move them to a well-lit location. Harvest when the leaves are open and most of the hulls have fallen off.

That's why I stick with the four basic food groups...

Beans, bacon, whiskey, and lard.

Turmeric must be taken with black pepper to work. It is well documented. It is not a fraud.
