Unable to access anything or take part in any part of normal society, and it seems she never will be able to. She cannot officially prove she exists!

Her mother gave birth to her at home with no help.

There was no birth registered, or Birth Certificate applied for or given.

The First record of her is a medical one at age 3, though it cannot be used to, and it seems impossible to retrospectively now anyway “register her birth, name, sex etc.” after so long, and no witness.

“Growing up, Caitlin had no idea of the administrative nightmare she would one day face. It began when she left home aged 18 and “that’s when everything started to unravel”.

She has been fighting since then to “Exist” legally in any way to do with things such as tax, applying for driving license, getting passport, or any benefits money to live on.

All refused.

“She has been told the Home Office can’t help her as she is not by public record a ‘British citizen’ ”

She lives with an Aunty since being unable to work all those years ago, and is dependant on her for all money clothing food and a shelter as she has no income ever and never has, and probably never will legally or officially.

It is impossible for her to access income say through Benefits or get paid for work either, the Government refuse and stop both!

The Government class her as an “immigrant” when she keeps trying to get help or it sorted, though she was born here, and is unable to get the benefits and help, including ability to work both legal and illegal immigrants (if applying for asylum after a short while) to the UK get!
