12.29.24 | by Usman | CONEY ISLAND, Brooklyn - The Guardian Angels led by Curtis Sliwa a volunteer patrol group has restarted Subway patrols this morning after a woman was burned to death last week at the Coney Island Stillwell Ave subway station by Sebastian Zapeta a Guatemalan migrant.Sliwa who has patrolled with his group since 1979 has claimed the subway has gotten worse and that demands from people have led him to restart the subway patrols. Sliwa claims his group will patrol each subway car and help the Transit Police in this regard.
