I knew a guy that was a Chicago Fireman. He was in a burning house and coming down the stairs. He tripped and fell, and his fire helmet went thru the wallboard at the bottom of the stairs.

I haven't seen him in many years. But he had a bit part in Above the Law with Steven Seagal. ;)
