BS. Russia has the S-500 which is about 50 years ahead of the US Patriot system.

Russia has Mr Mr Kinzhal. Mr Zhirkov and Mr Oreshnik. The US has nothing like any of them.

Russia is deploying the new Mig 41. It is invulnerable to attack from any US plane, the F-35, the F-22 Raptor and the F-16. It is also invulnerable to any missile threat.

Russia is at least 20 years ahead of us in Electronic Warfare.

The entire Ukraine fiasco could have been avoided had not Biden/Plame et al kept pushing for NATO membership. I honestly think Trump, had he still been President, would have backed off a little.

It will be interesting to see how Trump handles Ukraine this time around. If I were POTUS, I would just declare it a Russian issue and walk away.

Will want to file a mechanical lien against the entity doing business as the UKRAINE just to let gheyZ know he'll need to sell a few of the properties he bought with the missile money. Give him sixty days to clear the lien or the US sells the lien to Russia at face value.

As a taxpayer, I don't want to pay for all the lawyers something like that would require right now.

As a matter of fact, why should my tax dollar go toward suppence of a lawyer employed by "the government"? Aren't lawyers supposed to disentangle us from the thorny clutches of The Law rather than water the vines?

yes, you are right time to write the whole thing off. I'm pretty sure that has already happened as newsweek isn't throwing out articles about how handily the ukraine is winning any more.

Russia is at least 20 years ahead of us in Electronic Warfare.

They still do not have the transporter systems like are used in Star Trek. They need to be invented first. ;)
