I met ths Ukrainian woman who was a rancher in New Zealand. She sold the ranch and moved to Poland where the rest of her family fled because of the war in Ukraine. It turned out her brother was sick also. She now is Manager at a European cuisine restaurant in Poland. If she was running a ranch in New Zealand, managing a restaurant in Poland should be a lot easier. ;)
