3. Egg yolk, in combination with vitamin-C rich foods.

9. Beans (Legumes = essential amino acids and copper)

10. Tomatoes (lycopene, higher in COOKED tomatoes)

Beans

We worked Security at Northwestern football games at Dyche stadium in Evanston, Illinois. We were in the student secton.

I cut a stinky fart and this girl in the stands was waving her hand in front of her face.

My black partner told me, "Eat some more beans." LOL
