One thing that most people have no idea is the 101st Airborne Division has been mobilized for the first-time in 70 years. They are stationed in Poland. ;)

They talk about convening a Constitutional Convention in this video. But the reason for the Con Con in 1789 was a reorganization under international bankruptcy law. The Brutish were counterfeiting Colonial Script which made it worthless.

The original plan was rewrite the Articles of Confederation, but that plan was scrapped in favor of a new Constitution. When it was presented to the delegates, several objected to signing without a Bill of Rights. This led to the first 10 Amendments. The First spells out your rights and the Second spells out how to protect those rights, with an armed citizenry. ;)
