No, they would sometimes make a lot of noise or they would bite you, my dog would let you in the gate and bite the crap out of anyone trying to exit that would cause the dogs that bark do their thing. I never had anything stolen however on one night someone(s) came to steal the laundry and ended up leaving all my stuff and two backpacks of someone else's stuff.

Quite simply, there is oil and gas deposits under the sea off the coast of Gaza. Until Gaza is eliminated those are Egyptian territorial waters and the Israelis have no claim on those resources. ;)
