Reagan was the best.

When we lived in Chicago in early 80s we heard Reagan would visit Gordon Tech H.S.

We drove over there but local cops would not allow people on California Ave where he was coming in.

They landed Presidential helicopter in Lane Tech football stadium. He got in the limo and was driven about half a mile to Gordon.

We found a house with wide yard and you could look thru the chain link fence and see him when he got out of the limo. ;)
