Volodymyr Zelensky boasted today "The French military will be among the first in Ukraine. I cannot say when, and in what quantities, such are our agreements."

Of course he completely omits the fact that Russia has made clear, any foreign troops entering Ukraine will be legitimate targets.

What will France do if they send troops into Ukraine and Russia kills them all?

No NATO "Article 5 Collective Self Defense" can be invoked, because France deliberately entered into a combat situation.

Moreover, if Russia hits Paris after French troops enter Ukraine, France STILL cannot invoke Article 5 because France entered the conflict!

Apparently there is some sort of deep psychosis spreading in Europe that makes the governments there deny reality and live in a fantasy or their own echo chamber.

Last night there was a meeting of high level NATO officers and Ukrainian counterparts at a restaurant in a small town in the Ukraine. It was hit with an Iskander missile whaich has a 1,6000 pound warhead though this one might have had a smaller warhead so it could have more fuel and strike at a longer distance.
