How are they enforcing this? We just had an enormously fat illegal goblina on stage defiantly stating she is proud, illegal, queer, and unafraid.

When does she get her bill? How is she made to pay? What about the treasonous employers?

Once they (the illegal) get that Social Security Number they become part of the system. Then the account is activated. All the money they make working here in the States is credited to that account. E erroneous has one of those accounts but you must be the Secured Party in order to access that account. The Assignment of Account is the vehicle used to "pay" both federal and state income taxes. To be the Secured Partyyou MUST have your own Security Aagreement on file with the Secretary of State of your state of residence. ;)
