That notwithstanding, I need to get to the store tomorrow. I haven't gotten Kimmy flowers for a couple weeks and I'm out of booze and some other staples like eggs and milk. And my sister is coming here for a visit to go to some Mother's Day plant sale for a couple days next week and to look at retirement homes.
I've been trying to get my deep freezers cleaned out so I can put everything in one while I defrost the other Monday. I'll take my big boy coupon to the store Tues or Wed.
Kroger sent me a $30 off coupon on a $225 purchase (liquor, gift cards, smokes, etc. excluded). I'll actually make a list this time, but as low as I'm getting, $225 won't be much of a stretch.
Maybe we'll go to Main's (a seasonal Gypsy greenhouse in New Haven) and get my tomato and jalapeno plant for this year. I miss them real 'maters. Jalapenos are pretty much jalapenos wherever they come from.
