Oats (Avena sativa): Oats are a rich source of beta-glucans, with up to four grams of beta-glucan per 100 grams.
Barley (Hordeum Vulgar and): Barley is another excellent source, also containing up to four grams of beta-glucan per 100 grams.
Mushrooms: Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) and maitake mushrooms (Grifolan) are rich in beta-glucans, with shiitake mushrooms potentially containing up to 27 grams of beta-glucans per 100 grams.
