1816 year without a summer

I'm pretty sure this is not going to be that summer. During sunspot activity my solar panels (standalone system) will produce much higher wattage output 2000+ watts from 1800 watts of panels at 90 degrees and higher. One expects lower output for temperatures higher than 70 degrees.

It is caused by volcanoes that hit high altitudes with SO2 and ash. Lots of volcanoes all over the place. In 1709 3 volcanoes erupted in Europe and froze the top 40 inches of ground in France sending food prices 600% higher.

I was 45 miles away from Mount Pinatubo when it erupted during a typhoon pitch black all day it was a hoot.

The lack of sunspots has a far more significant effect on the weather globally than do volcanoes.

Look up the Maunder Minimum to see more. ;)
