I knew a black guy in Chicago who was dealing coke. He would make deliveries and smoke weed while he was driving.

He got pulled over on a traffic stop. All the cop needed was to smell the weed. He got the guy out of the car, searched it and found several bags of coke. He got busted for dealing. I think they sent him back to the joint.

This happened very many years ago in late 70s. Old stories like that are good to recall since the meningitis wiped out so much. ;)

Ice is just water, cold hard water. Heard about this the other day on the Walton and Johnson radio show happened at the mall a few blocks from their studio. As far as the car tipping goes it demonstrates just how low the cow numbers are these days.
