Professor David Betz is a leading expert on warfare. He has recently published a thesis that Britain is inevitably heading for civil war. David has said that present day Britain can be described as having ‘dire social instability, structural and economic decline, cultural desiccation and … elite pusillanimity’. He argues that all the ingredients for civil war are present in abundance is current day Britain.
