I don't like the options Open AI and ChatGPT both spy on us.

Did you make any changes to 4um while it was offline today?

More fixes were done today.  I've logging them on the "bug fixing" thread.  The site was off live briefly while I made some fixes, but I guess during these fixes, I think the AI I was using uncommented teh "Headlines" link in the nav bar and as a result, it was getting triggered.  There's a problem, however, with that link which is why it was commented out, and that problem is it takes a LOOOOONG time to draw data from the DB, and that was locking all other pages out and generating gateway errors for everyone.  That was quite unintentional on my part and the problem existed unbeknownst to me while I watched what turned out to be a sub-entertaining movie. 

The headlines page is low priority and probably not used much, but the layout looks pretty cool so I'll work on that at some point.  What I was working on is the mail link in the nav bar, changing it to highlight when unread pmail messages are waiting in que.
