Dr. Otto Warburg found a cure for cancer in Germany dueing the Third Reich and was awarded the Nobel Prize for Medicine. But Hitler refused to alow him to pick it up becasuse of the war.
If he never [icked it up, he for feited and it was awarded to someone else.
But the AMA covered this up. There is no money in a cure, only in treatments. ;)
