I make tacos with two white corn tortillas each, start out on electrictric griddle frying in olive oil. Then I flip them, least oily side gets showered with PepperJack and stacked to make a gooey, delicious foundation for a delicicious meal, then stuffed with Taco meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese on top. Louisanna Hot Sauce brings it all together. Get the griddle hot first, so the raw tortillas get big air pocket bubbles.
