I wouldn't call it fear as much as disgust.

Fear is trying not to piss off Kimmy.

Mixing the meat, rice, eggs, onions and spices went OK, but I forgot the minced garlic.

She definitely didn't like making the meatballs. It is kinda gross and boring.

Browning them is OK so far. No kitchen fires yet.

The last step is draining the gree, and adding the sauce, then simmering for a couple hours or so.

That's pretty safe. My testicles are still attached.

I think the drinks helped.

I doubt That Trump is planning to invade Venezuela, he's bluffing. I'd be satisfied if he keeps blowing up drug boats, Miami Vice 2025 style, but without the cool cars, guns, music and clothes.

I think most of Venezuela's oil is heavy, sour crude which I don't think the US has the capacity to refine. Don't know about Guyana, don't really care, TBH.

Just giving Kim lessons in geopolitics while dinner is cooking.

She does a lot better job shaving me than I do, I don't have the patience for it.

Jim seems to think I'm a surgeon instead of a GP. I can sew a little but my experience with knives is limited.

I might have to bring some supplies from my office before that game starts.

I'm glad he thinks that much of me. I'd prefer sticking with disposable razors.

I never knew knew that Kim had aspirations to become a physician the first time around when we were the king and queen at the Roller Dome in the 70s.

We were famous in a local sense. Like Taylor Swift or something.

Everybody wants a piece of Kim's time, either to have her pop their boils or just to hobnob with a doctor.

Me, not so much. Nobody believes what I did, which is for the best, the only folks hobnobbing with me are biker-types, pretending to be tough guys, helping people in trouble.

Jimmy and his wife in New Haven were amazing.

Amazing shop/bar, fed their pit bulls chicken leg quarters everyday. Jimmy worked at Phelps Dodge a few blocks up the street.

I haven't seen them since Biden shut down Spusz bar during Covi.

Jimmy was a big, mean-ass, tattoioed-up, HD biker type. It was quite the honor to be invited to his joint and not being killed by his doggos.

Rainman is like that, but his Dobermans are gone, replaced by a mini-Doberman that hates me thanks to his wife.

I took my sister over there a couple years ago thinking they might have kindred spirits as semi drivers.

I was really wrong about that.

Mary never liked me. She wanted to be an only child.
